Rusty was put in kennels while his owner went away. When she came back she had to move so left Rusty at the kennels and never came back for him. She agreed to surrender him to HappyPaws Haven to enable him to find a new home. Rusty is a nice friendly small dog with a good temperament and is fine with other dogs
